Go to the Dochly AppExchange listing, click Get It Now, log in with your Salesforce credentials and choose to install for all users or specific profiles. The installation takes under 2 minutes. Once installed, Dochly appears in your Salesforce App Launcher.
Yes. Dochly works with Salesforce Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer editions. It also works with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and any custom Salesforce org. Because Dochly is 100% native Salesforce, it works wherever Salesforce works.
In the Dochly Template Editor, click the merge field button in the toolbar and browse your Salesforce objects and fields. Select a field and it inserts a merge tag like {!Account.Name} directly into your template. When a document is generated, Dochly replaces these tags with live Salesforce data from the record.
Every document generated by Dochly is stored as a Salesforce ContentDocument — natively in your Files tab, linked to the Salesforce record the document was generated from. No external storage. No third-party file systems. Everything is in Salesforce, searchable and downloadable from the record.
Dochly tracks e-signature status natively inside Salesforce. Each signature request creates a Salesforce record showing sent, opened, signed or declined status — updated in real time. You can add Dochly signature fields to any Salesforce page layout, list view or report. All tracking is inside your Salesforce org.
Yes. Dochly includes native Salesforce Flow actions — you can trigger document generation automatically based on any Salesforce Flow condition.
