Build a Flow, add the Dochly batch action and trigger it. Dochly generates, stores and emails thousands of documents in a single run.
Build a Flow that collects your records
In Flow Builder, use a Get Records element to find the records you want (for example Opportunities with Amount over $300,000), then loop through them to build a collection of record Ids. This replaces manual one at a time selection with any criteria you can express in a flow.
Add the Dochly batch action
Drop the "Dochly Bulk Generate and Email" action into the flow. Point it at your collection of record Ids, choose the Dochly template to use, and set the email subject, body and recipient addresses. Add a batch description so the run is easy to track. Conditional logic in the template is applied to every document automatically.
Trigger the Flow and Dochly generates, stores and emails in bulk
Run the flow however fits your process. Launch it manually from a button, action or list view, trigger it on a record change (for example when an Opportunity is marked Closed Won), or run it on a schedule (for example every night for all renewals due that day). Dochly processes every record in the collection in a single batch, merging live Salesforce data into the template, storing each finished document back on its record and emailing it to the specified recipients. The flow returns Total, Succeeded and Failed counts plus a Batch Id for tracking.
